@dbrhdarby Wow! I learned how to “talk to the cats” when my kids were little and driving me nuts!(cats never listen, either).
Have you been a caregiver for a long time? Taking care of your mom must be especially difficult. Have you checked with the local Agency on Aging. There is usually one in every county. The have lots of good ideas. Try it and let me know what you learn

While many people may realize that dementia caregivers face 'challenges' I suspect that only those who have Been There Done That truly understand just how hard it is. Thank you for taking care of your mother...you have done a wonderful thing!
