Cold laser therapy device that I bought on Amazon for $129. instead of going to a Chiropractor for the cold laser therapy. I put it in a slipper, light side up and rest my foot on the light for 20 minutes. Another spot that seems to help is my tail bone for 20 minutes. It is worth a shot, and if it doesn't help send it back to Amazon. BTW. veterinarians use them on animals with arthritis is the hips and joints, so they are gentle enough. Do some research on google and you will see what it is all about. You tube has so videos also.
