@artist01 You must live in northeast I was from PA but live in CA now saw your weather enjoy It's chilly here in 60,s it's the wind that makes it cold we have blossom's and flowers here all year long I loved to see the crocus popping there heads out of the snow

@lioness, I would love to see the crocus popping their heads. Alas, my husband planted many of them and we enjoyed the sight of them for one day. By the next day, the deer had eaten all of them. It is very difficult to find any plant the deer won't eat. We formerly were excited when the new fawns appeared. Now, they are just more pests to add to the herd. We have 8 acres and it is impossible to fence out the deer. We just live with them. Our dog is now aged and cannot chase them. Such is life in the woods. Enjoy your blossoms! @joybringer

@lioness I'm in Canada, on the West Coast, which has quite moderate winters. In past years, I've lived in Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario, where temperatures sometimes dip to -40 F.
That's why I now live in balmy British Columbia! Lol
