I love all of the rugged outdoor stories, “knee deep, frozen tears” .... nature experiences, saving the saplings. Your story and others let me know that, it is ok for me to test the below 0 temps. After video walking exercises and/or just a “hamster walk” indoors for three days I thought I was going out of my mind. So today, it was bundle up and get to the outdoors. Ahh, upon return my mental health was even breathing better, not only my lungs.
You all are my inspiration to “Just Do It”, thank you I will sleep better tonight and will brave the outdoors again tomorrow! Gnite all!!

Way to go, @jude07! You'll be like us - all rosey-cheeked and energized! We all motivated each other. Keep up the good work.

I am looking forward to an outside walk tomorrow even in the cold. I got my cleats out tonight and put them on my boots. I have been chained to a computer project many hours a day for over a week, then run over to entertain my littles for a couple hours, and it is too cold for them to be out. The big one got a little frost nip last week because he wouldn't leave the gaiter over his face. They start daycare tomorrow after 11 months at home, so I'll have 2 free hours each weekday, but I'll miss our time together.
Maybe I'll go over and run their dog.
