Hi Lori. Just checking in to say I'm on Day 5 of my Baby Walking Program. I even walked in the rain on Day 2! The first day I only walked 8 minutes and felt weak and wimpy, but by Day 2, I was feeling so much stronger and walked for 13 minutes. I'm hoping to increase my time and distance on a weekly basis. Amazing how my stamina has improved in such a short time. My blood pressure has been running high, but seems to be 20 points lower in the last 2 days. Maybe that good number will continue. Not sure if it's just a short-lived fluke, but one can always hope! Happy walking, everyone! My best, Laurie

@artist01 Hey, good morning Laurie! Great minds... I was just on my way to check up on you. Oh my gosh, I’m so happy you’re already feeling stronger and pushed through those first couple days. You’re truly an inspiration to anyone who’s on the fence about what benefit walking can have on our body and psyche!! It wouldn’t surprise me at all if your new walking regimen has helped your blood pressure. Another great incentive to keep going, my dear! Aw, this just made my day. Do you have a little journal to log your minutes?
