That’s interesting. I walk at least 5 hours a week so I am aiming for age 104 while I repose peacefully on my sofa after having my last glass of wine and hopefully the grilled octopus plate to go along with it.....and dark chocolate...forever.

Seriously it is November and we are still in the 80s...only consolation is the humidity is going down....one dew point at a time. So my beginning daily walk is really nice but I start to feel less energetic on the way back. Since I am on the west coast of Florida we got inundated with rain on Wednesday and cleaned up a lot of debris. Lucky to dodge a hurricane this season though (which is still not officially over) and lucky we personally had no flooding.
Rooting for cooler temps next week. Keep on walking Leonard...there’s not one part of your body that does not benefit from that.

I don’t post much on this thread because my walk is generally boring unless I meet up with someone and see an occasional deer or armadillo or wild turkey.
I do like to see what people are throwing out on garbage days lol.

Good luck making it to 104. But if you keep eating like you do you’ll be lucky to make it six more months. Although maybe you will make your goal, maybe you’re 103+ now. But then again being a woman maybe you’re only 29.

Oh, dark chocolate, YESYESYES!
