Jeepers 28°, I need another blanket just reading that. I would freeze mid-stride for sure.
It was 60° here today and I thought that was cold. I guess the California winters aren’t as brutal as I thought.
Take care,
Jake

Jake - Here in MN we would call you a wimp. I take my little grands (2 & 4 1/2 yo) out to play every day while Mommy works to burn off energy. Even I have warm snowpants to wear. The last 2 days, with temps in the 20's we have run & played in the snow for close to an hour. Today we will probably limit to 20 minutes as the temp is 12F. Their parents have them outfitted with wonderful, warm & waterproof clothing from head to toe. It takes about 15 minutes to get them ready with all the pieces!
My task this weekend is to make kid-sized fleece neck gaiter/masks for when it gets even colder.
Off to put on my "long johns"
- happy walking everyone, whatever the temperature.

Yes, my attitude definitely has a big role in whether I keep walking in these temps or not. It’s not always easy, believe me. I would rather have 60 degrees! Enjoy
