We were on ice today, and the "littles" came for the day to give Mommy a little break, so no walking. I'm with you - got new "grippy" boots 2 years ago when we were in MN in winter to help our daughter with the kids - I dug them out to go out for PT and to the mailbox - through 4" of very wet snow. 8.5" fell yesterday & compacted - and the leaves are still on the trees. Hope it melts so we can clean up. All my yard art is wearing tall caps of snow - really pretty, but they belong in the garden shed. Tomorrow I will try to walk early, before rain & sleet move in.

And I’m still in summer clothes, hardly wearing even a sweater.
I’m ready for my trip to Saint Thomas, but cov19 will keep me grounded until there is a cure.
Are you still cleaning closets,etc.?
Stay well,

The forecast doesn’t look good here again today. Like you, I am clamoring to get all of my yard ornaments etc tucked away. The leaves, after multiple, multiple cleanups already, have peppered my yard and they are not all down. Have a good, safe day!

“leaves are still on the trees.”
In California the leaves are where they belong on the trees. I guess that’s what happens when you have four seasons. No way I could handle your weather. I think the humidity alone would be enough to do me in.
Take care,
Jake
