@sueinmn Oh, drat, right?? But you probably don't want to mess up the recent surgery. I hauled 7 buckets of rocks this morning, in anticipation of tomorrow's rain. Our trees are starting to drop leaves, and nights are definitely cooler. Will you have the young ones with you for your walk? Fun to teach them about how and why the trees change colors!

Thursday we had daughter & littles, went to the park and they demonstrated their skill climbing trees and we played tag. Yesterday hubby & I took my short walk and admired the changing leaves. Maybe I can get him to go again today, but if not I'll take a looong walk as the temps are in the 60's with no wind. Monday we may get our first real rain in some time, so this is the last chance to really look at leaves.
