Yes, I have medical problems and look for others with advice or those seeking answers to these problems. No, I don't want to go on the walking program. I live in a somewhat rural area and there are no sidewalks. It would be dangerous to walk on the highway or our road; however, I do like hearing of others' experiences on their walks. I am particularly interested in the autoimmune and aging well groups. Of course, I imagine all of us are interested in the COVID-19 thread. I find hope from some of the responses and am glad I discovered this group. Perhaps, in time, I will learn to navigate the threads. I do read the updates that appear.
