A companion 5K - that's so cool! NO longer a runner with 5 hip implant surgeries and arthritis, but I keep moving! Already did a short walk this AM - now off to wrangle my little guys

@sueinmn When you said about hip replacement A lady here is amazing she had both hips done and she dances at our Kaeroke Don't know how she does it
