@wisco50 I do also plus those rice filled bags different sizes for different areas .Took one with me when 4 of us rented a cabin I guess I got it to hot and it started to smell. lol

Yep! @lioness, I've experienced that too hot rice smell, too! While I find the heat more comforting, I know the ice is what is recommended for best aid. My p.t. advised me to alternate the heat and cold after 7 fractures with using the ice longer.

I have burnt several holes in rice and corn bags! Oops! They are nice because they hold heat well. Nice in winter.
