@sbesbuddy Hi Becky. I don't know if you got the message I sent. I started walking and started with 2 blocks and went 3 blocks yesterday. I have to be careful since I'm still recovering from the 9 hour back surgery. I go to Mayo to see my surgeon for my post-op visit. I hope all is ok. I woke up this morning with pain across my L-4 & L-5, where I had the nerves being pinched. I love my surgeon, he was the best to do my surgery. Your friend Jeanie

Morning @lilypaws . I’m glad you’re doing so well with your recovery! No time to waste! I too my dog out today and we actually had a good walk even if we had to stop at every blade of grass!. I love to listen to the birds and keep looking for creatures in the undergrowth. Never found any, thank heavens!

I hope everything goes well tomorrow. It sounds like you have great faith in your surgeon and take your time at you follow up getting further guidance on how to proceed with your recovery. You are so very brave!
