fiesty76 Yes that walk and stretching before walk helped out a lot . I usually don't have problems with my sciatica but was in a bad position for it to flare up . Stretching is the key to us who are up in age . If we dont do this we will be cripples and won't be able to get out of bed . With this virus still rampant how are you doing? and is there a lot in your area . I'm afraid it will come back with everyone not abiding by the rules ,mask, washing hands and I wear gloves when out to grocery stores . Have a good day

Hi, @lioness, I'm staying put and still ordering in groceries. People here are out everywhere; most by far with no masks and aren't distancing in stores or parks so I'm just not ready to take chances. Surprised numbers here haven't really spiked but the mayor has stopped his weekly briefings so local news seems more like it used to be. One good friend in the univ. hospital with triple by-pass heart surgery; the other in critical care with cancer at the private hospital...both hospitals are allowing visitors. I am usually good about hospital visits but not now because we do have some cases of COVID in each and I'm just staying away because of the size of both hospitals; parking garages and distance to get to patient's rooms. Are you resuming more frequent outings?
