@lioness, Linda, I am so glad your back felt better after your walk. Sciatica flares are painful to say the least but I have also found if I can propel myself out for even a brief walk it seems to bring some relief...maybe stretching muscles ? dunno ?

Sleep positions for comfort seem the hardest to find for me. Have tried the pillow under the knee/hip; changing the bed elevation. Do you have frequent problems with sciatica attacks? What seems to help you most?

fiesty76 Yes that walk and stretching before walk helped out a lot . I usually don't have problems with my sciatica but was in a bad position for it to flare up . Stretching is the key to us who are up in age . If we dont do this we will be cripples and won't be able to get out of bed . With this virus still rampant how are you doing? and is there a lot in your area . I'm afraid it will come back with everyone not abiding by the rules ,mask, washing hands and I wear gloves when out to grocery stores . Have a good day
