@funcountess, I do yard walking too. After my kitty escaped and went missing for a nightmare of 11 days and nights, she is confined to indoors. What is so weird is that she no longer races to the door if I am about to go out. Oh, the story she could tell about her missing adventure! I do take her on bkyd walks firmly held to my chest and we "discuss" what needs doing in the garden. Smiles

Hi,
Your kitty missing for a week and a half. What stress to look for a lost pet.how did you find the kitty?
I’m a pet parent also, and am always mindful of when the door is open.they can and are usually faster then their human parents.
As for walking always better for our joints to walk on grass/soft surface.
