@pollyanne and @lioness, I also bought an adjustable bed with massage when I replaced my mattress. Had a back injury years ago that acupuncture helped relieve pain and allowed me to continue working. My back continues to have painful flair-ups and I also have severe osteoporosis. I deliberated about the initial cost but it has been worth every penny. Not as regular with the massage as you, Lioness, but the ease of adjusting the head and feet is so easy that it can be a game changer for me when my back is "out".

Starting my Sat. walk at 7 am before the heat climbs to the 90's. Hope to see some others out and about; I miss seeing others. Are others changing the times of their walks because of climbing temps?

@fiesty76 I love mine also ..Next best thing for my back was buying a Rumba and watch Howard go to work . That's the name I gave him Boy do I need a haircut how bout everyone else?

@feisty76 Hey would someone buy me a bed like that adjustable bed with massage? That would help me get out of bed after my surgery. I haven't vauumed for years because of my back. I do have cleaners come in every 2 weeks. But doing the Covid -19 she hasn't been coming, but shes coming Monday. Yea, my tile floors and bathroom is so dirty. We do clean around our sinks though. AND I get my haircut June 2nd. I'm so excited. I'm going to a new shorter style since I'm going to be having the surgery. I wonder if I beat every one by getting my haircut first? Let Me Know! Oh, I forgot we got our carpets cleaned yesterday and they are looking gorgeous. We have a very low nap carpet. But the cost, WOW, but he did do the basement too.
