@fiesty76 Happy Easter a gloomy one . Isn't that a eery feeling not to hear the children play or any one out . I need to set the timer on her as I am on it and dont stop to stretch when I should then its oh no why didn't I do that . I woke up this morning and my back didn't want to cooperate with me but you know once I stretched some its better the muscles woke up . Just having my tea to will e talk latter .

@lioness, Thank you and Happy Easter to you and all as well. We had a huge drop in temps last night but I got geared up for an "extra bonus" walk today and then the blasted wind knocked out that idea. Read a spoof that someone wrote that they'd given each room of their house a new name: gym, post office, park...etc Maybe I'll see how that works today? smiles

@lioness Happy Easter! I think our calendar turned back to January! It’s cold and we have at least 6” of snow! No one is outside exercising! Me included. I think I’ll try a YouTube video later.
Today starts week #7. I’ll have to find some motivation for us
