Jk... This must be a movement going around. I saw similar messages on my walk yesterday too... Northwood (that's my village) strong, compassion, social distancing, strength, love, etc. And drawings of hearts. Our city's count of infection went up to 36 from 33. Our Mayor said in not so many words that the residents could have caught the virus in other cities other than our own. I need the walk to keep my sanity and health, cutting down to one 30-40 walk, slowly as long as my legs cooperate, instead of 2 walks. Praying I could keep it up.

@mayofeb2020 I really admire your determination!

@mayofeb2020 I love your grit - my friend often joins us for just a few minutes of our walk - whatever her body will tolerate on any day. Sometimes I go back over later and take a second, or even a third short walk with her. We all noticed that her spirits are much better, and she copes better with her life, if she moves as much as possible. Besides, as my Mom used to say "If I don't move, everything is going to seize up"

@mayofeb2020 It really was a pleasant surprise as we walked out our driveway. The messages all face the houses, not the street, so I had to stop at each driveway and read them.
No Covid-19 in our town yet but we are right next to Manchester (NH) and there are a few cases there. We are being extremely cautious as I think all of our friends and relatives who are over 60 are too. I have a couple of orders arriving today from Instacart and when they get here we will wipe everything down with disinfectant before putting them away.
Just a comment about delivery service. I know most people consider Whole Foods to be an expensive place to shop but Instacart does add to the store prices so I am finding that Whole Foods is less expensive than the typical stores that I would buy things at so if you are using delivery and have a Whole Foods close to you, check them out.

@mayofeb2020 That is so funny that you live in Northwood. I came from a small town in England called Northwood. Actually you could call it a village. I was born and grew up there and my elderly Mother lived there for the rest of her life.
I walk most days but I walk for close to an hour and I try to keep the pace up. My husband and I walk separately because I I walk faster than him. He has a pacemaker and had a triple bi pass some years ago. My health problems are different from his as mine tend to be auto immune. Did you hear that it is going to be difficult to get the drug chloroquine, which is what I take among others, because they are giving it to corona patients in New York even though Dr Fausi is very doubtful that it will help.
