I did it! Reached my goal of 5k steps..Not easy, but the sun was out and it's warm. Have to remind myself not to walk outside on Wednesday when the gardeners mow the lawns in my condo complex. Between their blowers and the wind, my sinus just couldn't take it. If the weatherman is correct we should have upper 70 for a couple of days next week. Now, sitting down to watch the Military medical ship Mercy docking in San Pedro, CA. I think a cup of tea and a small piece of dark chocolate is in order. May everyone keep calm and carry on.
