Hey, all you walkers, yoga exercisers, chair exercisers, dancers, runners, mountain climbers, whatever’s! Do you need some motivation? Especially now that we’re all stuck inside. Here goes:
Awesome benefits of walking: 2min of walking == live longer
5min of walking== burn 1000 calories a week
10min of walking== protect yourself heart

Becky thanks for the gentle push. So far so good, with my 3 days/week. The locations are changing but almost to the 3-month mark on this new habit. Best to the rest of our "cicers gang".
