I managed to walk around Lake Calhoun on Saturday with my brother, 3.2 miles. I think I jumped to week 12. Yesterday, smaller walk, but at least I got out!

How wonderful. There's a man made lake in my city with ducks and water fowls, but I haven't been out so I don't know if there are people still walking around it. It's not a very nice day today, so I'll walk later when it's warmer. Rain projected all week. 😩

Well done,dar9216. I try to walk about 2 miles each day and some of it is uphill but it's a long time since I have gone on a longer hike. It's a bit lonely on my own and I am very cautious. At the moment my sciatica is bothering me and I can't go to my therapist with this virus closing everything. I am really feeling the lack of therapy.
