I use the no salt added canned black beans and diced tomatoes. But now I can't find them in the store due to shortage, I rinse the black beans well before cooking and added more water to the recipe. I don't any salt and the soup didn't turn out salty.

@mayofeb2020 Good morning Yesterday you made me hungry for black beans so opened a can ,salt and all, added cumin which goes good with beans . NOw today I,ll make the soup .
