That is exactly what I prescribe Nancy, but yesterday I felt unwell as though I was starting a cold and then I couldn't sleep. Maybe I was worrying. I have been isolating myself for slightly less than 2 weeks and started wondering if I could have caught the dreaded virus. This morning I think I am ok but will see how I go.

Life seems difficult enough at times, regardless of this nasty virus. I just read an article about Fantastic Negrito, a contemporary blues player who said "Never give up. life sucks at times, but it's also beautiful". Let's all try to find the "beautiful" in each day.
