@mayofeb2020 One local chain of supermarkets has instituted senior hours -- 6:00 A.M. - 7:30 A.M. Pretty early but not a bad idea. I was in the store early this morning because I tend to wake up early and not be able to get back to sleep. I have my alarm set to 7:00 to take my medications, which I take at least an hour before breakfast. If I wake up at 6:00 I don't get back to sleep because I know my alarm will be going off fairly soon. I have the Apple watch and it vibrates to wake me up, which is great because with it I don't need to disturb my husband.

One of the stores is having a senior shopping hour from 7 to 8 starting tomorrow, but I'm going to wait a while since I expect the first few days would be a busy time. This is one step to help us folks of "a certain age".
