@becsbuddy Since we are all under the knife here with this virus Im still putting on my chair exercises cause going to the gym hurts me a lot I was up most of the other night with pain and nothing helped so will stick with chair or Tai Chia or alternate them I think I,ll do that keep up the good work everyone .

@lioness- You need to evaluate your body and ask if you have any pain anywhere. If you do then stop. Older people should never adhere to "no-pain no-gain". Think about what you are going to do later in the day. If your exercises make you too sore then stop! Nothin should hurt when you exercise- This is different than feeling a bit of muscle soreness at night or the next day. Also, you should not work the same muscles two days in a row. If you need help with this I'll be glad to help.
