Good morning exercise friends- How are you all doing? Have you piccked up your pace at all? When I use to walk I would get into a trance-like state, inhaling the fresh air that came at me. I would feel energized, powerful and part of nature. With the sun shinning down on my face I felt invincible. No matter what your speed is, if you are walking the air will hit your face. Feel it! Let you mind wander and see where it takes you. I solved a lot of the world's problems sometimes! lol.

Exercise has been the “best medicine” for me. Even right after heart attack when I could do very little without being exhausted, the little I could do gave me a sense of accomplishment.

@merpreb It has been very foggy yesterday and today, until mid-morning. I jumped up and was ready to head out this morning, then decided to wait for a bit. After my cougar experience last year, on an early morning walk, it is prudent to have better visibility. I love to get my walk done in the morning, then i won't make excuses later ;))
