Hi Becky. Here’s my walking total for week one. 48 minutes but not a true picture. That includes 28 grocery store minutes which isn’t normal, leaving generally 5 minutes other days. Six days a week I walk 4 minutes to the building lobby to get mail. These numbers I don’t count as walking minutes. Will strive for better.

So it’s week two, and my numbers are dismal! Total of 16.5 minutes walking. Since my surgery in December my energy levels are much lower than the past. A Wednesday doctor’s appointment had me exhausted on Thursday, and Friday was another day of a long appointment. So although I’m moving around, it’s not walking exercise as it should be. Not giving up....there’s always next week.
