I did go and I do feel better. Breathing out through my mouth and in through my nose makes me tolerate the walk much better vs winded ness. In December I had the right upper lobe of my lung removed in Colorado, so I’m still trying to expand my lungs and this is a really good way to get out there and push myself a little. Thank you for listening.
