We’re sort of following this schedule by Mayo Clinic. https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/fitness/in-depth/walking/art-20050972 We all feel that fatigue is a major problem we have, but if we join together and motivate each other, maybe we can beat it. I see I'm not doing the walking right! 5 minute warm-up, brisk walking, then cool down! I walked 1 mile, had a soda, walked back. Today was so windy here, not enjoyable for walking ...
