Morning everyone! Here is a YouTube link for doing walking inside!
It goes slow so everyone can participate if you can’t go out. I’ll see if I can find something similar for seated exercises. Becky

@becsbuddy Good afternoon Becky For my chair exercises I use Jackie Talley on youtube . not to strenuous but is a workout
