@john1956 You do not mention what type of stomach issues. My experience with Advil... which was back in 1993 and it was prescription only then as Naproxen. I took two doses... I do not remember how high the doses were. I had stomach pain, nausea and vomiting. Not just for one day. I stopped the drug after becoming sick. I had to go back to the doctor. I think it was Carafate I had to take to get my stomach back to somewhat normal. I have had stomach acid and sliding hernia journey to go through over the years since and now Barrett's esophagus. Tylenol or opiate are my choices for pain now. I want to be off the opiate.. I hate how it makes me feel, but I hate how the pains of my body make me feel. With it I can function, but without I cannot do much. I am 68 years old.
