@birdierobin I know you may not like the idea, but when I kept falling, I was prescribed a walker. It has kept me from falling. Maybe you could also get the doctor to send someone to your home to do an assessment of what you could do to make your home safer and help you keep from falling. For instance, no throw rugs or coffee tables. I also gave up going stairs. Another thing is to slow down your movements. I was advised by a physical therapist that turning fast, and rising quickly are among some things that can cause falls. I hope these suggestions help in keeping you fall free.

@johnhans I went to my Dr first she sent me to ENT Dr. He sent me for vestibular testing so this is the way Dr found the crystals where not in the right positions and had me d the ear .exercise Where I live we had a balance class

I already have a walker but don’t use it all the the time. Afraid of depending on it too much. As far around the house I’m pretty much can figure out what I canning can’t do now appreciate the advice but I’m real slow on my turns and my walking and every time I fall I learn something I can’t do narrow passageways anymore I hold on to everything hard
