When I first started my journey trying to figure out what would help my diagnosis of idiopathic small fiber peripheral neuropathy symptoms of numbness I was intrigued with a book I found by Dr. Terry Wahls - The Wahls Protocol. It was what started me on understanding that basic nutrition plays an important part of our health and got me on the road to eating healthier. More info on her amazing story here: https://terrywahls.com/about/about-terry-wahls/

Were you able to find out what was causing your B6 toxicity?

Thank you for the reply. If moving the post would help generate more info I’d appreciate that. As far as the B6 toxicity I had and MRI of the brain and neck and an EMG all came out normal. Neurologist ruled it was due to supplements and advised to immediately stop taking them. With change of diet and off the supplements he thinks it should take a few months to feel better. Toxic levels came back 2x higher than a normal reading.
