A teaspoonful of repaired mustard works for me. Of course, it means getting out of bed and going to the fridge to get it, but it’s worth the effort. I keep packets of mustard in my purse to use if I get a muscle cramp when out and about, too.

I bought homeopathic #8 magnesium pills at whole foods and it works wonders for leg cramps. I had a misdiagnosed (by foot doc) numb foot for five years. The foot doc said I had over exercised doing sciatica exercises and that it would take a long long time to heal. Now my GP thinks I have neuropathy and has me on 600 mg. of Gabapentin. It seems to be helping with my sleep and my foot.
