@darweshalassi You might ask to try a different PPI medication. Some did not work well with me. Hiatal hernias can cause a lot of acid. Usual treatment when the PPI does not work is a Nissen fundoplication .. but many fail. Mine did and a repair failed. A procedure called LINX procedure has worked well for many people. The best thing to do right now is to ask maybe for a different PPI and work on reducing symptoms by diet. Spicy foods.. acidic foods can make the acid worse. I used to eat nothing but plain white rice for a few days when I had bad acid episodes. My hiatal hernia caused so much problems I had to have a gastric bypass.

actually i tried all the PPI`s im going to the DR this week to ask him about the LINX and i hope this will work for me
