It is none of my business but I recomend that you read the following fda warning before you try ktatom.

Speaking personally - I would NOT use it simply because it is unregulated and virtually every company that sells it promotes a long list of unproven health claims. Add to that the fact that it is grown in "Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea" under who knows what kind of conditions. While it may well have some benefits, until it is tested and regulated, I would never feel safe using this herb because you just don't know what you are getting.
Hi, just to add a bit of info because I do use Kratom, and would not be without it. The company I buy it from is approved by the American Kratom Association, meaning it is free of pesticides, salmonella, contaminants, etc. Any deaths associated with Kratom have been young adults who mess with it. That means, if three grams work, maybe 10 would be better! Or they mix it with other drugs, marijuana, etc. Used responsibly, it is a fabulous pain killer. That means, you do not use it every day. You use it sparingly, so there is no chance of addiction. I use it about 2 to 3 times a week. I use it when the pain is excruciating only. You find the LEAST amount of it, to get the results that feel right for you. For me, that is 4 to 5 grams per each time I use it. The worst, is that it is vile tasting in the powder. I just emailed the company to ask about their capsules, because the stuff is gross when swigged down. However, I will take a few seconds of gross, over hours of pain. The stuff works. It is miraculous. Be responsible. Lori
Been taking for month! Works wonders! Have done lot of research! Pharmaceutical companies along with govt are trying to make it illegal to buy without a prescription! Other countries where the plant is processed have been using it for hundreds of years! Research ! I drove for 2 hours yesterday! I time in long time! I take with Curcumin for inflammation, heart and everything else!
@wilcy Hi! I am the one here who does use Kratom, and swears by it. Curious; in what form do you take it? Where do you get yours from? What strain? The only downfall is that I take the powdered leaves, and it is so disgusting. I just bought Kratom pills from another company, also approved by the American Kratom Society, but I have not tried them yet. I hope they work well, so I will not have to taste the vile stuff. I am so glad you are able to drive a bit, and that you are getting relief. That is joy to my ears! Lori Renee
Hello, have been using Red Bali Kratom for a month along with Curcumin! It works really good! Research both! Good for anxiety, stress etc! Good luck!
Hi to all my fellow pain warriors, I know that many of you are very frightened of Kratom. It is addictive. There have been deaths from using it, almost all from young adults messing with it, instead of using it responsibly. I know that so many of you are in agony, with pain. I just had to share this. I found a Kratom in pill form, that works well for pain. It is from Etha naturals. It works with any kind of nerve pain. I use it every 2 to 3 days, because it can be addictive. Kratom in powder form is disgusting to taste, so finding this has been very useful. I actually will be doing a trial of the Dorsal Root Ganglion Stimulator (if my appointment does not get canceled due to the virus), but Kratom has been, and is, a God send.... Lori Renee
Hi Lori @lorirenee. I do very much appreciate you educating me (us) on Kratom. What I don't understand however, is how using Kratom every 2 to 3 days, because of it's addictive properties, will help my need for round the clock, daily pain relief? Maybe I am missing something.
Rachel
@rwinney Hi Rachel, To clarify, I take one day, and devote it to Kratom use. On that day, I take Kratom at least twice, sometimes three times, throughout the day. The next day or two, I switch to Medical Marijuana. I don't want to use Kratom every day, because I have read it can form an addiction. But I use something every day for pain, or I would go mad. Does this make sense now, to you? I hope this helps!!!! Lori
@lorirenee1
Lorriiiii ...you added a photo!!! You're so cute! 😊
Love to see who I'm talking to.
Yes, it does clarify. Thank you. Hope you have a tolerable evening.
