Thanks for posting this. I saw the notification but felt it was perhaps not worth my time because after more than 10 years, I thought
I knew pretty much everything useful to know about inhaling saline. But I didn't . The presenter had a nice easy way of explaining with really good slides. Because I cannot use hypersonic saline (3% or 7%) and am using isotonic (.9 %), I was especially interested in
his discussion of the difference along with the graphs. Also he is leading a study re the benefits , if any, of inhaling saline at all. Imo worth the hour.

@rits Yes I found it to be a very good presentation. One thing I really found interesting was that for non-CF bronchiectasis it did not matter much what strength saline you use (0.9%, 3% or 7%) but for NTM infections the 7% was best. Of course some people's lungs can not tolerate the 7% so just use the highest % you can.
