Wow!!!2400mg a day? You are in need of a change. I take 2 0f 300 mg for nerve repair and ntiseizure. Your dose iIS NOT FOR NERVES but restless leg syndrome. You are most probablely in AUGMENTATION from over use. Change direction immediately. I am a 90 year old retired physical Therapist . Why are you taking gabpintin? I do take Neurotin gabapintin for nerve repair and anti seizure. I have low dose of tramadol for pain. Please let me know why you are taking this medication?. It is not a pain medication directly.

You need to remember, the purpose of this forum is to relate what does and doesn't work for you. You should not give medical advice to others, even if you were a professional PT. If you stop and think, you can always think of a way to say what you want to say while couching it in terms of the first person.
