Thank you Mary. Unfortunately these stretches cause pain for my ankles, shins, calves and foot however, I am able to enjoy gentle myofascial release. I bet for certain though someone else will benefit from this video. Thanks again!

I have been using it and I really think that it is helping me. I do a 6 minute session with my portable cold laser device. I also own my own portable ultrasound device.(abt. 10 minutes with the gel) I bought the cold laser,and the ultrasound from Amazon for under $300. It was more reasonable than the keep paying for visits to the clinics. Just a thought. I was going broke with copays.
