Not long after starting to use the Smartvest I felt small headaches afterward. I reduced the pressure and also started wearing a beanie when using it. Then, several months in I began getting ICP when I'd cough or laugh hard. It quickly blew up to the point of feeling a constant headache pressure in my cranium and where my skull and spine meet, and I continued to experience intense shooting pains in my skull whenever I'd cough or laugh and when I'd first lay down. An MRI didn't show any brain abnormality. From my research, it sounds like cervicogenic headaches caused by ICP. It's now been a year since that started. I stopped using the Smartvest but I still haven't been able to resolve this condition. Although I have been able to slowly reduce the intensity and frequency of it through head massage, icing, rest, and other techniques. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
