Thanks @gingerw. I really do value my blood sugar numbers more than I do enjoying a fresh baked roll and baked potato. My A1C needs to get lower and I need to lose a bunch more weight. Best way for me to do that is to restrict my carby ways that got me in this situation in the first place.

Aside from all that it was a truly happy birthday. Low key but how I like it.
