Moderate bleeding since 1st november

Hy.... Please someone help me and guide me in my current medical condition.... Bleeding is continuous since 1st of november after doing heavy work at home.my age is 33years and i m over weight.i have about 45kgs excessive weight. Drs have given me all possible medicine which include tranxamic acid capsules and hormonal based medicines.but bleeding is not going to control.... Now my dr. Advised me diagnistic D&N but i am affraid of it. I m married and have a baby.what you advise for me

Hi @saima, welcome to Connect. I can imagine that you are frightened. It is not normal to have continuous bleeding for over a month. Tranexamic acid is used to treat heavy menstrual bleeding in women. It is very important that your doctor check your progress while you are using this medicine. This will allow your doctor to see if the medicine is working properly and to decide if you should continue to take it. Are you still taking it?

Have you had any testing done like an ultrsound? Have you seen a gynecologist?

Dear mam,
I have used 10capsules during five days and then take a break of few days... Then ive gone to another doctor who again recomend this medicine and i ate 48 capsules, 6 per day... Now i am not using it. My gynaecologest now recommended levonorgestrel and ethyl estradiol tablets and said that i have to use them for 7days.if bleeding stops,continue to use them.but if not,come after 7days then he will done diagnostic D&C to check is there any type of uterine cancer or not... I am much frightend and fo not want to undergi this process. Yes ultrasound has been done thrice from three different gynaecoligist. Thy said there is no any type of cyst,fibroid,wound or swelling in uterous.... Please guide me in this regard. I am much worried
