Hi @bradmm, it is totally understandable to fell anxiety that causes your blood pressure to raise higher than normal. I have had a similar experience where I was so nervous in the presence of a doctor while in the emergency department that my blood pressure was much higher than normal.

It is very odd that your blood pressure reading are fluctuating so much. Did you primary care physician suggest how long she should keep taking readings?
