Anyone have experience with Low Dose Naltrexone instead of prednisone?

Both are THC/CBD ratios. This attachment may help. My 2 are marked. Seems like opposite ends of the spectrum to play it safe while putting me on the path comparable to my current pain med strengths. I will increase dose of only the 20:1 THC/CBD by .01 as needed.
