I adjusted the seat on my wheelchair to go forward by four inches which means that I now have a space between the seat and the back. When I sit, my butt (along with my ulcer) is suspended so there’s no pressure on the ulcer. I lie on my side at night and also during the day when I rest.

@darlingtondoll Im sorry to hear you have an ulcer . Is anyone helping you with it in cleaning it is it open when I was working early in the 60,s I use to have to clean the bedsores and we applied just plain sugar after the cleaning I know this is out of date now but that was the ritual then . Bless you you have a lot of problems . But you have a humor to you haven't lost . Good for you take care
