@darlingtondoll

My spinal cord injury is at T 7 so the legs can’t move on their own. I can’t lift them or move them so I am limited as far as exercise is concerned.

@darlingtondoll, A decubitus ulcer would be difficult to heal depending on the stage. The deeper the wound, the more complications can arise. Preventing a sore is not always easy. Assistance may be needed for repositioning a person often throughout the day whether in bed or a chair. @darlingtondoll a physical therapist will make a home assessment and then show you the exercises to do. Always ask the therapist questions. The more knowledge you gain, the better equipped you will be to help yourself. I know it is not easy. If things were easy everyone would do it. That is what separates the fighters or survivors from the rest of the folks. Knowledge is power.
