Great question! I ordered one of those magnifying glass stands that comes with a light for around 50 bucks. This and a good pill cutter should get the job done. Mind you that my diazepams came in 10mg and could easily be snapped into 4. I then cut each 2.5 piece in half. They didn't always come out even but it was close enough.
