Hi ,
There is no difference between the brand name and the generic in the medications . But Lyrica alone doesn’t reduce the pain of the SFN .

@azza1 Lyrica was starting to treat my pn pain as I was increasing the dosage. Unfortunately the side effects landed me in the hospital, incoherent. So, end of Lyrica. Bummer.
