Welcome back Helen, or are you still in California? Foot cramps....yikes! Mine would start about 4am. Here is the quickest way that I found helpful. Sit on the ledge in the shower. Turn the water on as hot as you can stand it. Hopefully you have a hand held shower head. Then just pour water until the foot/ankle seem to release. Do both of your feet cramp at the same time?

To keep the cramps from coming back right away, would you use the Releaf Balm? I am going to try mixing the 3:1 with the 1:3 for the feet. You always get my brain working. Be free of suffering especially from cramps. Chris

@helennicola Here is an old remedy for leg cramps that works for me . Pickle juice or mustard Ive done both and they work ,as soon as you are awakened with a cramp head for the refrig. and drink some about 2 swollwes does it for me . Are you drinking plenty of water during the day? Potassium and magnesium with help also . Of course what artscaping suggested also works.

Thanks for your replies Chris and Lioness, unfortunately pickle juice, mustard and a bar of soap under the sheets never helped me. Chris, I cannot tolerate very hot water and do not have a hand held shower attachment so I guess I can scratch that one! I have increased my magnesium, increased my salt and decreased my water and caffeine intake, also started nightly leg and feet stretches per John’s research link. I’ll let everyone know how this works. Thanks again everyone for all the feedback. I do love this forum. Helen
